We visit the convent and church of San Francisco, the greater monumental set of Colonial Art in America, its basilica of 21 altars; convent of claustros and capitulate and clementina rooms; choir and library of the monks, museum of Profundis that exhibits 11 linen cloths of the school of Rubens. Sacristy with linen cloths of Surbarán and Creek, great patio decorated with blue Sevillians of century XVI, Moriscos arcs and underground catacombs. San Francisco is Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity. We also enter the Huaca Pucllana; magnificent Ceremonial and Administrative Center of the Culture of Lima, considered by the Incas like ñaupallaqta a “Sacred Village”.
The Mujica collection that became better known as The Gold Museum of Peru. Our Tour is a guided look at this collection of gold pieces from diverse pre-Columbian cultures. Objects and jewels, worked in gold, of incalculable value are exhibited. Gold attracted numerous European adventurers 500 years ago and was essential to the Inca Empire and gave the origin to the Viceroy of Peru, the envoy of the Spanish crown.
In addition, this Museum exhibits a sample of old and modern arms that is considered one of the best ones in the Americas too. Morning flight over the Nazca Lines followed by a visit to the Chauchilla Cementery
The forgotten Culture of Nazca was discovered in the sands of the Nazca Desert, and it was brought to evidence both by grave robbers and by archeologists. In the amazing Chauchilla Cemetery, bodies from the ancient Nazca people were preserved by natural mummification in the arid climate. Through their habit of burying their people, this Culture left us mummies, ceramics, colorful textiles, skulls and devices, practically untouched.

The Santa Catalina Convent, is a citadel from the 16th century known as "a City within a City", the Plaza de Armas (Main Square) is among the most beautiful central city squares in Peru. From the main square there is a good view of the volcanoes that form the Arequipa Background; Misti, Chachani and PichuPichu. The Cathedral dominates the Plaza, its unusual facade, is oddly impressive. Nearby is the Jesuit church, La Compañía. On one side are the Church cloisters. Recently restored, these cloisters breathe the starkness of the spiritual exercises of Loyola. We also have a complete visit to Yanahuara Square and church, and to the traditional “Barrio of San Lázaro”.

DAY 07 AREQUIPA / COLCA
Breakfast will be served at the hotel.
At 8:30 hrs. Leaving hotel by bus. We will start our trip to one of the deepest Canyons in the World, by the Yura road, passing the Chachani Volcano and through Pampa Cañahuas (National Reserve of Aguada Blanca and Salinas), an ideal place for Vicuñas (South American camelids whose fibre is one of the finest in the world). The Pampas de Tojra is an ideal place for bird-watching because of its vegetation. We will also visit Chucura (an ancient volcano). We will stop at the “Mirador de los Volcanes” the highest point in the road (4900m.a.s.l.) where we will appreciate the “Cordillera Volcánica del Sur” (South Volcanic Mountain Chain). DAY 08 COLCA / AREQUIPA
Continental Breakfast very early in the morning.
After breakfast we will visit “LA CRUZ DEL CONDOR”, where we will be able to appreciate the flight of the Condors and the Colca Canyon with its majestic profundity.
Visiting the nearby villages such as Achoma, Coporaque and Maca, we will make our way back to Arequipa.

DAY 09 AREQUIPA / CUSCO
Breakfast will be served at the hotel.
At the appropriate time, transfer from the hotel to Arequipa Airport to board your flight to Cusco.

14:00 Hours Half Day City Tour+ 04 Nearby Ruins:
We leave the hotel or meeting spot, for the Cathedral. It was built on the site of Kiswarcancha Solar (Palace of the Wiracocha Inca). Later, we will visit the Koricancha Temple. We will then visit Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay.

DAY 10 CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast will be served at the hotel.
Full Day at the Sacred Valley of the Incas + Lunch.
Visit to the native fair in Pisaq (only Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays). We will visit the trip along the Sacred River (Vilcanota) on paved road, arrival at Urubamba for lunch, trip to Ollantaytambo town. This beautiful and inviting valley between Pisaq and Ollantayyambo was esteemed by our ancestors due to the special conditions it has like: beneficial climate, generous fertility of its land, and the presence of the Wilcamayu or Sacred River. In this zone, the Incas found an appropriate place to leave samples of their wide knowledge on hydraulics and their deep love for nature. It is known as the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Pisaq, is a picturesque town with a half-breed colonial appearance. On Sundays, people celebrate the traditional mass in Quechua with the attendance of the Varayocs or native Mayors.

DAY 12 URUBAMBA / MACHUPICCHU / CUSCO
Breakfast will be served at the hotel.
Transfer hotel / Train Station / Vistadome Train Ollantaytambo to Machupicchu Guided Ruins visit / Buffet Lunch. We will board the tourist train to the Machupicchu ruins, located 113km. from Cusco and at 2350m.a.s.l. It is in a subtropical area with an average annual temperature of 13° C during the day. There are two clearly defined seasons: the rainy season, from November to March and dry season from April to October. Hiram Bingham discovered this Inca City on the July 24th, 1911. This archaeological complex is divided in two sections: the farming section and the urban one, which are subdivided into sites such as: check points, the high cemetery and ceremonial rock, the Temple of the Sun, the Intiwatana, the sacred rock group, the Three windowed temple, the main Temple, tombs, doors, fountains and squares.
